By downloading, installing, or using the 7DEEDapplication or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7DEED("we," "us," or "our").

7DEED is a gym management platform designed to help fitness businesses manage memberships, attendance, payments, and operations. Features may vary by subscription plan and are subject to change.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before price changes take effect.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software included in or made available through the Service are the exclusive property of 7DEED or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service (e.g., member records, attendance logs). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 7DEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
